  1. What is your turnaround time?  Your order will ship within 7-10 business days via USPS with tracking.
  2. Will I receive an email when my order ships? Yes, an email with tracking is provided at the time of shipment. Time to stalk the mailbox! 
  3. Can I place a RUSH order? RUSH orders are available in limited quantity and may be purchased here.  RUSH provides you with a maximum two day turn around.  This means that your item will ship within 2 days after your order.  Please contact us prior to purchase a RUSH on orders that contain 10 or more items. 
  4. Do you have any current discount codes? We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $35 every day, no code needed!  We host frequent games + giveaways in our Facebook group which you can join here!
  5. Can I receive a refund if I forget to use a code at checkout? Unfortunately, no.  Codes must be redeemed at the time of purchase.  
  6. Can newborns wear your headbands? What about adults? BOZ headbands are for girls of all ages, newborn and up, that includes adults! Our nylon headbands stretch to fit all ages! 
  7. Do your hair bows come on clips?  Yes, all hair bows come on clips unless you purchase as a headband.  All headbands come on nylon, one size fits most headband.
  8. Do you offer silicone inserts for girls with fine hair?  I sure do, please leave a note at checkout that you would like silicone inserts. 
  9. How much is shipping? Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout and is based on the weight of your order.  All orders ship via USPS with tracking and all domestic order over $35 ship free via USPS First Class.
  10. What is your return/exchange policy? Due to the unique nature of our handmade items, all sales are final and no refunds are available.  In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us via email at care@becauseofzoe.com within 48 hours of delivery of your order.  
  11. Are your products sold in stores? Yes!   13. Does piggy pair come with two bows? Yes, piggy pairs come with two piggy bows with opposite facing clips ready to be worn on those ever popular (and cute) pigtails! We also have customers who choose to order two of our larger size bows to use for pigtails for girls with thick or extra long hair.  That's pretty cute too!
